How do I return?
At Stamely, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you wish to return an item within 30 days of receiving it, please contact our customer support team at support@stamely.com.
Return Process:
- Contact Support: Ensure you confirm your return with our support team before shipping the item back. This helps prevent processing and shipping errors.
- Return Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for purchasing their own return labels. We do not provide free return labels.
- Correct Return Address: Make sure to send the item to the correct return address provided by our support team.
- Proof of Purchase: Include your order number or proof of purchase, along with a clear picture or video of the item showing any defects, damage, or other issues you have experienced. This will help us process your return quickly and efficiently.
Approval Upon Receipt:
All returns are subject to approval upon receipt of the returned items. We will notify you once your return is processed.

Do I need to pay for return?
At Stamely, our 30-day return policy requires customers to handle return shipping costs.
We strongly encourage purchasing shipping insurance for your return.
Stamely is not responsible for any items damaged, lost, or compromised during transit.
Unsecured items damaged when delivered back to us will, unfortunately, lead to a rejected return request. Please secure your returns with shipping insurance for peace of mind and protection.
How do I know if my purcahse is eligible for a return?
Our return policy provides you with 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s). To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it
- The item(s) must not be damaged or altered in any way by you
- There are item(s) or parts missing from the package
- In case of wrong or defective item(s) being delivered to you
- Item(s) purchased with a free gift promotion are not eligible for return.
- Returns based solely on customer's personal preferences or disliking of the item are not eligible
- Any ongoing sale items are final and not eligible for return.
To process a return, kindly provide a picture or video of the received item to prove it is defective, damaged, or other issues you have experienced. We will use this evidence to verify your eligibility for an exchange or refund.
*Please note that shipping and handling & bank processing fees are non-refundable.
Why my return is being rejected?
Our return policy does not apply in the following situations:
- 30 days have passed since the item was delivered
- Any package is missing due to a wrong shipping address being provided
- The customer changes the order or shipping address after the product has already been shipped
- The customer returns the product without notifying our customer service team beforehand
- Returns are not accepted if a product, though functional and delivered correctly, simply does not appeal to customer's personal tastes
- If the customer overlooked product details leading to unmet expectations, yet the product is functional and correctly delivered, returns are not accepted
- The item(s) are not defective in any way and are still fully functional.
- Customers incorrectly select product variants (such as colors, sizes, and more) due to their own error.
- Item(s) purchased with a free gift promotion are not eligible for return
- The item(s) purchased are ongoing sale items, which are final and not eligible for return
When will I get my refund once the return is successful?
We will notify you by email once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, we will process it immediately, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 working days.
*Please note that shipping and handling & bank processing fees are non-refundable.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund, please follow these steps:
- Check your bank account again after a few working days to see if the refund has been credited.
- Contact your credit card company to inquire about the status of the refund. It may take some time before the refund is credited back to your account.
- Contact your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've completed all of these steps and still haven't received your refund, please feel free to reach out to our customer support team at support@stamely.com for assistance.
Do you offer exchange?
At Stamely, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. If, unfortunately, you receive a defective or damaged item, we are happy to replace it with a new one. Simply send us an email at support@stamely.com with your order number and a photo of the defect or damage within 30 days of delivery.
How do I cancel an order?
To cancel your order, please send an e-mail to support@stamely.com with your request for cancellation. However, please note that once your order has been processed by our warehouses, it cannot be canceled.
